For me the issue is partly resolved. I can select addressbook entries when I
type the complete first or second name of a contact. This does not work
however, when the typed name contains special characters (german umlaut like
äöü)
My system:
Gentoo kernel 3.0.1
KDE/KMail 4.7.3
