Doesn't help here (Win 7 64 Bit) - _without_ Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode,
I can at least get into Kleopatra's main window and do the configuration,
Kleopatra just stops responding when I try to encrypt/decrypt.

_With_ Win XP SP3 compatibility mode enabled, Kleopatra will invariably stop
responding already during startup, just when the splash screen indicates that
the intermediate certificate store has been loaded ("Laden des
Zertifikatszwischenspeichers abgeschlossen").
