Actually the behavior has not changed: You still get an 'attchment1.pgp', which
will then be opened with PGP. kPGP starts, and nothing more happenes (you have
to save the attachment first, then decrypt it, then launch it with the right
application).

A user-firendly behaviour would be:
- kmail2 to decrypt attachment as well
- show decrypted attachement (in its native format)
- be able to launch/see the attachment with the right application, same as for
attachments in unencrypted mails.
