The default settings for the inbox of b...@mail.com is 'use persona B' B receives an invitation from external, probably from an exchange account. B accepts the invitation, KMail sends an acknowledgment to the invitor. Result: Mail is stuck in outbox. When opening, you find that the mail is from Persona B with the transport mode A.
