I'm on KDE 4.9.5.
What exactly do you mean by the "show all page" feature?
Akregator is using Konqueror for rendering html, so all konqueror features
apply to akregator as well. Including adblocking, which is configured at
Settings > Configure Konqueror > Web Browsing > Adblock Filters > Automatic
