Hi, thanks for reporting this problem
I guess that is because kleo still runs in the background but is not put to
front. Making it a KPimuniqueapplication could probably fix this. I'm about to
get a Windows 8 test system for gpg4win with that i should be able to reproduce
/ fix the Problem.
