If i press "Check mail" and there are no messages to be retrieved, i get an old
"New Mail Notify" message (always the same one) showing the same message - see
attachment "NewMailNotify.png"
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Kmail
2. Press "Check Mail" (or wait for "interval mail checking" time out)
3. If no mail waiting to be retrieved, then Notify message pops up
Actual Results:
Shows the same old "New Mail Notify" message
Expected Results:
It should not produce the same old "New Mail Notify" message, should maybe say
"No messages retrieved"
