Folks,
There's RFC7341 (DHCPv4-over-DHCPv6) published and there are nice people
interested in implementing support for it in Kea. There was a previous
attempt that due to various reasons went off track a bit.
Marcin and I had a very productive meeting with the prospective
contributors. The conclusion was that the DHCP4o6 is a complex feature
and it requires a proper design. Marcin and I signed up for the first
stab at the design. After quite a few discussions, here's what I managed
to come up with:

I'd appreciate your comments and improvement suggestions. 4o6 is a
complex feature and there are number of ways it could be designed. In
certain places I put comments why specific solution was chosen.
If possible, I'd like this design discussion to conclude no later than
the next Friday, Aug. 14th.
