Apologies for the delay, but I just installed kea-0.9.2 and enabled
"rapid-commit",
and it works exactly like you would expect it to - see attached packet capture.

DUID-EN is indeed the last item on my list for the forseeable future.
AFAICT, that will allow me to change over to kea for good and watch
isc fade away in the rearview mirror.

Whoops - forgot about Secure DHCPv6. I think Francis said he had something
to test in that department on the server side. It may be a while before I get
around to writing the client code, but that would be the ultimate goal for me.

Yes. There is Secure DHCP prototype for Key on the branch. There is a plan
to merge it in. Hopefully before 1.0 release.

Just a minor DEBUG issue I've noticed in 0.9.2

The message definition is not consistent with its usage:
