You are very late. Other students spent last couple weeks looking at the
code, understanding and refining their idea, talking with mentors and

Out of curiosity, could you describe what were you doing during those hours?
The link to the source is the first link that pops up when you type "kea
source code" in google. The link is clearly marked as download on the
project website. I honestly have no idea how anyone could possibly
missed it.

Google summer of code students are expected to be able solve some
problems on their own. Marcin posts regularly to this list (and more
frequently to kea-users). Find the archives and you'll find his mail.
However, before you contact him, please make sure are able to download
and compile Kea. The compilation process is clearly described on the
project website. See Installation section.
