The advantage (or disadvantage) of IPsec is that its deployment is at
the system/kernel level so not at the application level i.e. there is
nothing that one can do (or not do) at the Kea level. Now I like the
idea to paint the world in red and black so please proceed: this requires
nothing in Kea.

PS: the next release (due in some days) will bring TLS support in Kea and
