If we get this to work, and are able to define the options we send based
on the options we receive (so we can give the client IE a filename to
download based on its Option 82 values, I think Kea would be ready for
our production environment.
I am really looking forward to experiment with the hooks, to build some
great plugins to do lots of fun stuff with auto provisioning and systems
management...
