" DHCP4_PACKET_PROCESS_STD_EXCEPTION exception occurred during packet processing: Empty DUIDs are not allowed "

I would do a packet capture of the client traffic and see if there is indeed a DUID field in it somewhere and if it is indeed empty... that would be a broken client I would think. ----- Original Message ----- > From: "kea-users" <[email protected]> > To: "kea-users" <[email protected]> > Sent: Friday, June 17, 2022 5:54:50 AM > Subject: [Kea-users] KEA upgrade 2.0.2 Empty DUIDs are not allowed > Hi, > We've upgraded KEA from 1.8 to 2.0.2 yesterday. > About 8 hours after the upgrade we started seeing a spike in errors: > DHCP4_PACKET_PROCESS_STD_EXCEPTION exception occurred during packet > processing: > Empty DUIDs are not allowed > This may be totally unrelated, and something has changed on the client side, > but > was wondering if anyone else has seen this happen. > Regards, > Emile > -- > ISC funds the development of this software with paid support subscriptions. > Contact us at https://www.isc.org/contact/ for more information. > To unsubscribe visit https://lists.isc.org/mailman/listinfo/kea-users. > Kea-users mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.isc.org/mailman/listinfo/kea-users -- ISC funds the development of this software with paid support subscriptions.
