chairman, Reliance Natural Resources Ltd, at the company's annual
general
meeting today:

* Reliance Industries Ltd refused out-of-court settlement of gas
supply issue.
* Has right to buy 40% of gas discovered by Reliance Industries.
* No dispute on pricing with regards to gas supply pact with RIL.
* Gas supply pact with RIL not restricted to Krishna-Godavari basin.
* "Utmost care" needed on price of natural resource gas.
* Will continue to evaluate value-added upstream activity.
* To foray into shipping for captive purpose.
* To set up 20-mln-tn cement capacity at various sites.
* All requirements for gas-based power plants in place.
