Equity Alert: NIIT Tech up 2% on multi-million sterling deal
MUMBAI--12:40PM--Shares of NIIT Technologies were up nearly 2% at
96.30
rupees on news the company has signed a multi-million sterling deal
with
British Airways, dealers said.
The three-year deal will facilitate support and testing of
business critical
applications across various business areas of the global airline.
But gains are unlikely to sustain and investors are recommended
not to
go for the stock, dealers said.
Rally in the stock is limited and it is likely to break the 85-
rupee level,
said Sudhanshu Pandey, technical analyst, LKP Securities. He suggested
investors avoid the stock.
So far today, over 475,192 shares of NIIT Tech have been traded on
NSE.
