VBC Finance & Leasing Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the
22nd
Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26,
2008, inter
alia, have accorded to the following: 1. The Annual accounts for
financial
year 2007-08 and Director's Report, Auditors Report and addendum
thereto were
considered approved and adopted unanimously. 2. Mr. C Madhusudan & Mr.
C
Srihari was reappointed as rotational Directors with the approval of
members,
by passing the resolution unanimously. 3. M/s. Brahmayya & Co. ,
Chartered
Accountants were appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for
the
Financial year 2008-09 at such remuneration as may be decided by the
Board of
Directors with the approval of unanimous resolution passed by the
shareholders.
