Yah I understood. And I am regretful that I was unable to convey the
message properly because of my time check before the maket open that day on
25 sep, to prepare a long write up about the chart.
Here we go for the details.
The first 3 thick lines GREEN= high, BLACK=close & the RED= low, and other 3
thin lines plotted in the chart are moving averages of 4 days HIGH, 4 days
CLOSE & 4days LOW, are in LIGHT GREEN, LIGHT RED & WHITE.
As you can see in the chart, if the market moving up the first sign of
weakness can be seen when the high go below the avg high that is marked as
signal1 in the chart.
signal 2 when the close go below the avg close
and final conformation we get when the low go below the avg low.
In the chart I possted on 25 is containing the same at 3 location
and a reversal from the bottom in 2 other location, but here at first the
low will cross above the avg low and so on. But not necessarily in a volatile
market, I observed all crossing in a sudden,
This chart is prepared in excel with an idea of a person nicknamed KAMOLIKAV
in the forum of vfmdirect.com.
I mention the source in the chart thinking that people can google search.
Also I attached a candle stick chrat of the corresponding period along with
the excel chart for comparison and to convey that it is NIFTY
