Himatsingka Seide announced that the loss for the quarter ended December 2008 has widened. During the quarter, the loss of the company increased to Rs 209.90 million compared with a loss of Rs 19.05 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter surged 89.68% to Rs 1,246.60 million, while total income for the quarter jumped 82.83% to Rs 1,283.30 million, when compared with the prior year period.
