Logistics company Blue Dart Express Ltd. has posted a net profit of Rs. 77.3 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2008, up 10.62 per cent from the corresponding period the previous year.
However income from operations for the third quarter this fiscal declined 2.34 per cent to Rs. 227.3 crore compared to the year-ago quarter. During the current financial year, Blue dart handled 79.73 million shipments weighing 2.31 lakh tonnes.
