*Shriram EPC, *engaged in providing engineering, procurement, and construction project management services disclosed a marginal rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2008.
During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.67% to Rs 71.79 million from Rs 69.92 million in previous quarter. Net sales for the quarter however rose 34.71% to Rs 2,299.28 million as against Rs 1,706.88 million in the previous quarter.
