Tata Tea Ltd has announced the following audited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008:
The results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 The company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 48.30 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 43.78 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 360.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 to Rs 427.94 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2008. The consolidated results are as follows: The unaudited consolidated results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 The group has posted a net profit of Rs 396.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 1292.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007.
