Integrated logistics and supply chain company Four Soft Limited informed that its independent director Sarath Naru has resigned from the board. He also resigned from the audit and investor grievance committees of the company.
Srinivas Prasad has been appointed as an additional director on the board with effect from March 19. He would serve as an independent director and also be a member of the audit and investor grievance committees, a release said.
