PT HATFIELD INDONESIA (PTHI) is seeking an experienced Indonesian Social and
Community Development Specialist for our Bogor office.
PTHI is a well established (1990) and growing environmental consulting

The
selected individual will work in a team of Environment and Spatial
Planning Specialists/Scientists that is responsible for the design and
delivery of a range of environmental management, livelihoods
development, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) services to our
extensive client base.
SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the design, delivery, analysis and reporting of social and
community development projects;
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team conducting projects throughout
Indonesia;
Engagement
of key stakeholders and coordination of stakeholder workshops, field
teams and sub-contractors to ensure quality of data collection; Analyzing
socio-economic data and report writing; and
Maintain good communication with clients, particularly when conducting field
surveys.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or Master degree in social studies or environmental science
from a reputable university;
Minimum 5 years experience working on social or community development projects;
Demonstrated ability to coordinate social surveys and stakeholder engagement,
Able
to conduct CSR program planning, implementation, monitoring and
evaluation, and program and policy recommendations for assigned program
areas;Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills and good network of contacts
from non-governmental organizations and universities;Demonstrated leadership
abilities, writing and analytical skills; and
Strong in English both oral and written.
