We need a "Programme Officer" with the following qualifications:
1. Proven managerial skills: able to manage programs and projects
2. Good writing skills: able to write reports
3. Have had experience working with NGOs preferrable
4. Strong analysis capability
5. Social Sciences background preferrable
6. Leadership qualities
7. Able to work with others but also independent in decision making
8. Able to work with basic computer programs such as Word, Excell, Powerpoint,
also
statistical analysis packages
9. Self confidence and able to work with difficult personalities
10. Have the passion to work in social work settings
11. Tenacity and discipline, with a passion to learn
