HTSPE is a leading international programme management organisation working throughout the developing world. We are currently managing programmes in the fields of land tenure regularisation, land administration reform and land management where we are providing Governments with innovative low-cost and pro-poor solutions. We have a successful track record in similar projects in countries such as Guyana, Rwanda and Mongolia along with our most recent win of a multi-million dollar assignment in Mozambique. Due to our expanding portfolio and the increased demand in the land sector worldwide we are looking to expand our team of associates with expertise in these areas and to build our in-house capability in both bidding for and supporting land programmes. For our team of associate experts we are looking for those who are able to fulfil the following requirements: an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Tenure Regularisation, Land Administration and Management linkages and issues; an ability to translate this knowledge and understanding into workable and affordable service; an ability to work in diverse cultural settings; a proven record in producing timely and tangible results to the satisfaction of all stakeholders; and extensive field experience. In-house we are looking for those with the above abilities as well as either business development or programme management experience to join our head office team based in Hemel Hempstead. International travel will be required. An excellent command of English is required for all posts. A working knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be an advantage, as would an MSc in land tenure, administration or management.
