HTSPE Ltd. seeks Experts in Land Tenure, Land Administration and Land
Management, UK

Closing date: 31 July 2009

If you have experience in any of these fields
we would like to hear from you!

HTSPE is a leading international
programme management organisation working throughout the developing world. We
are currently managing programmes in the fields of land tenure regularisation,
land administration reform and land management where we are providing
Governments with innovative low-cost and pro-poor solutions. We have a
successful track record in similar projects in countries such as Guyana, Rwanda
and Mongolia along with our most recent win of a multi-million dollar
assignment in Mozambique.

Due to our expanding portfolio and the
increased demand in the land sector worldwide we are looking to expand our team
of associates with expertise in these areas and to build our in-house
capability in both bidding for and supporting land programmes.

For our team of associate experts we are
looking for those who are able to fulfil the following requirements: an
in-depth knowledge and understanding of Tenure Regularisation, Land
Administration and Management linkages and issues; an ability to translate this
knowledge and understanding into workable and affordable service; an ability to
work in diverse cultural settings; a proven record in producing timely and
tangible results to the satisfaction of all stakeholders; and extensive field
experience.

In-house we are looking for those with
the above abilities as well as either business development or programme
management experience to join our head office team based in Hemel Hempstead.
International travel will be required.

An excellent command of English is
required for all posts. A working knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be
an advantage, as would an MSc in land tenure, administration or management.

If you would like to join the HTSPE team,
whether as an associate expert or on a more permanent basis, please email your
CV to Penny Buckle at [email protected] stating
which position you are interested in and quoting reference: Land Experts/005/ 09
