POUR LE CENTRE D'EXCELLENCE SOCIALE (CES)Brazzaville, République du CongoLe CES,
initiative du TFT est un nouveau centre de formation spécialisé dans
les techniques et outils de gestion sociale forestière dans le Bassin
du Congo. Ses étudiants proviennent des universités et des entreprises
forestières de la sous-région et suivent des cours intensifs pendant
des périodes de trois mois. Chaque session regroupe six à neuf
étudiants, et le CES propose une à deux formations par an.Le candidat doit
avant tout faire preuve d'expérience en matière de pédagogie active et
participative. Il/Elle devra stimuler par son imagination et son
enthousiasme le programme des cours en mettant en place une variété de
méthodes et d'activités d'apprentissage. Il/Elle devra être capable de
coordonner et d'encadrer la contribution des intervenants extérieurs au
CES pour créer une expérience riche d'enseignements pour les étudiants.
Son rôle devra être également de créer un esprit de corps entre les
étudiants et d'identifier leurs besoins individuels en matière
