REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5-8 years professional experience in the field of human rights, law reform, and/or development; A post-graduate qualification in law, human rights, public policy or another relevant field; Experience working with international donor organizations, bi-lateral organizations, civil society, and/or governments preferred; Fluency in English with excellent writing, editorial, and oral advocacy skills; Dynamic and efficient self-starter, a respectful team player, and an effective manager; Ability to think strategically; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work both independently and with others; Pleasant, diplomatic manner and disposition in interacting with colleagues at all levels, program contacts, and the general public; Experience in financial management and monitoring and evaluation is desirable, as is knowledge of Indonesia. The position is for two years with a possibility of an extension. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Anticipated start date: Immediate start.
