The bursaries have been arranged with the generous support of the core funders of the Conclave: Packard Foundation, The Rockefeller Foundation and IDRC. Most of the bursary recipients are making presentations in the conclave and are ardent promoters of evaluation in their own country. Due to the large number of applications expected for financial support, if the numbers of applicants are more than the numbers of scholarships available, the steering committee of the conclave will weigh the applications and the strongest cases based on eligibility criteria will be offered the scholarships.
