[kepler-users] changing MoML parameters

Hi,

Now, i solve the problem. It was related with wrong parameter name. Just 
for your information,  
ptolemy/ptolemy/moml/MoMLCommandLineApplication.java has good resource 
for doing this kind of things. Thank for your help.
