I haven't really investigated the extent of the problem but it appears
(not surprising given common ancestry) that there are symbols in
common between the crypto library in OpenSSL and in at least libdes425
and possibly (although I dout it) libk5crypto.
Is there a well-defined solution for building a program that needs
krb4 and OpenSSL while still using the MIT implementation?
I'll go play shared library games if I need to but I'd rather learn
from the experience of others if there is something to be learned.
