Will their have the fix applied for XFS corruption under heavy load ?
Can anybody point me to some more information/discussion about this problem? I
am using XFS on different systems, and haven't had the slightest problem with
the latest kernels.
There has been a nasty corruption bug in earlier 2.6.17 kernels, which hit me
on one system, but this one is already fixed in 2.6.17.7, so Mandriva 2007.0
final does not have this problem:

If it is this bug you are talking about, then this problem should be removed
from the errata...
Nope,
it's not that one.., that one is fixed ...
It's a very hard to track bug, but to simplify it, xfs under heavy rsync
load fails over...
http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=24716
and:
http://lkml.org/lkml/2006/8/28/88
According to Nathan Scott from SGI it seems like a "Day One" bug...
I haven't read the whole thread yet to confirm wether it's fixed in
2.6.18 or not
