Scarab Link: http://sesat.no/scarab/issues/id/SKER5051 Module: Sesat> Kernel Activity generated by Magne Thyrhaug ([email protected]) at 05/07/2009 11:35 *Reasons for the changes* ** null: () ** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Personnel changes* - Quality Assurer: ssmathyr () - Assignee: ssmiweve () ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Attribute changes* - Status: Unconfirmed () - Fix in: 2.18 () - Component: Code - Query - Parser () - Priority: None () - "Description" set to: "In sesat-kernel-2.18, r7222 was committed in order to fix some sort of clause handling. This seems to have had the side effect of fucking up queries with 'quoted text', e.g. "magne thyrhaug" (with the quotation marks). When using an updated version of sesat-kernel (2009-03-14 or later afaik) you can try queries like: http://localhost.no:8080/search/?c=w&q="magne thyrhaug" What happens in the white search is that the query is rewritten to whitephon:magnethyrhaug instead of whitephon:magne AND whitepon:thyrhaug" - Summary: Queries with quotation marks are broken () - Severity: Normal () - Version: 2.18 () -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
