Bug description:
My Huawei E173 UMTS-Stick is only detected as a mass storage device so I
can't connect to the internet with Ubuntu 13.10.
It works great with Ubuntu 13.04

I tried to add "usbserial ...." into the /etc/modules, but that didn't
