The usb 2.0 ports are not working, but the USB 3.0 port does. They appear in lspci and lsusb, but devices connected to them do not work. For example, a flash drive w/ a LED on it lights up and mounts on the 3.0 port but doesn't even light up on the 2.0 ports. There are no messages in dmesg when something is plugged into the 2.0 port.
