Currently having problems getting the BIOS onto usable media. The option that writes to a bootable USB creates the files but won't boot, and the options to write to CD or floppy aren't an option as neither of this are available on the Windows laptop I have.
I don't have time to do any more with the BIOS today. Any other suggestions you have would be appreciated though. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1213348 Title: Fan too fast on HP 6910p after standby Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: I have a HP 6910p that has an issue where the fan is running too fast when coming out of standby.
