Hi Joseph.
On the host machine (raring, which is, I believe, the origin of the
problem) or on the VM (Saucy) ?
I will try first on the host and try to replicate the error. Then I'll
do the same for saucy.
Cheers,
Carlos

Title:
  [Bochs Bochs] suspend/resume failure

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
It's a KernelOops ...under a VM (KVM, host Raring).
After suspending the host, and wake him up everything collapsed (host, VM).
Then after a hard restart of the host, the saucy VM came with this error.
I've no idea where the problem is. But it is true that on the last few weeks
the suspend mode doesn't work very well.
  That's all I can help.
