Instead of shutdown, the asus laptop model bu401la-cz084g reboot on xubuntu
14.10 x86_64.
Both graphical environment and command line lead to this.
Passing acpi=noirq or acpi=force seems to work, but then keyboard and
touchpad won't work.
$ lsb_release -rd
