I found out that the overlayfs version in Ubuntu doesn't support workdir
option, thus it's not the same thing as upstream 'overlay'.

Module has been renamed upstream:

The reason is that some distros might want to keep 2 modules,
'overlay' and 'overlayfs'.
However this is not the case for the kernel shipped by Ubuntu; would
it be possible to support the new module name?
