Title:
Alps TouchPad not recognized by kernel

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Expected behavior:
  Two-finger scrolling, multi-touch, etc

  Actual behavior:
  Regular dumb touchpad

  Detail:
dmesg|grep ALPS dumps "psmouse serio3: alps: Unknown ALPS touchpad: E7=73 03
0a, EC=88 b3 18"

  Fix:
  DKMS patching from https://github.com/he1per/psmouse-dkms-alpsv7

This patch seems to be included in 3.17 onwards, but 3.16 and below I
need to DKMS. Perhaps a backport?
