The problem I'm having is that during normal use and playing games, the keyboard and mouse appear to suddenly stop working. When this happened during a game I realised the screen had stopped updating, going to the terminal and back again fixes the problem. During this, the game is still playing fyi. Oh, the only thing I can see during this freeze is; Feb 22 11:49:18 d-deridex acpid: client 7500[0:0] has disconnected Feb 22 11:49:18 d-deridex acpid: client connected from 7500[0:0] Feb 22 11:49:18 d-deridex acpid: 1 client rule loaded --- ApportVersion: 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.7 Architecture: amd64 AudioDevicesInUse: USER PID ACCESS COMMAND /dev/snd/controlC1: maquis196 8044 F.... pulseaudio /dev/snd/controlC0: maquis196 8044 F.... pulseaudio CurrentDesktop: XFCE DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationDate: Installed on 2015-01-31 (21 days ago) InstallationMedia: Xubuntu 14.04.1 LTS "Trusty Tahr" - Release amd64 (20140723) IwConfig: eth0 no wireless extensions. lo no wireless extensions. virbr0 no wireless extensions.
