yes that is correct. i had no issues with 14.04. i gave up though, i switched to a clean 15.10 and am having no issues now. i tried a clean 15.04 first but ran into a few issues installing/booting and decided if i was going to experience bugs they might as well benefit the alpha development.

The login pops up for a second and then the computer suspends again. Waking a second time resume is successful. With kernel 3.13.0 wifi was typically 'broken' upon resume with the only remedy being to select the network from the connect to hidden wireless network dialogue. no networks were visible in the network tray menu. With kernel 4.1.0 rc2 the wifi appears to resume normally but the double wake is still required.
