[Test Case] Verify that the previously non-working SGMII based 1GbE interface now works. [Regression Risk] Since the changes touch the driver that supports the existing GbE and first SGMII support, it is possible that that support has become impacted. The changes also impact drivers/of/of_net.c, which could impact other users of the interface.
