Bug description:
The previous kernel 3.13.0-58.97 does not show the issue when booting back
into it. Currently only noticed on starting Steam but there its is reproducable
every time on X230 laptop (Intel graphics). Might be related to Steam using
32bit libraries.
Attaching some log and dump that steam produces but fails to upload
(wherever).
