It looks like it has been fixed partially. Although for some reason
after waking up plugging in head phones doesn't work. Sound still plays
through the internal speakers.

Title:
  [TOSHIBA PORTEGE R500] suspend/resume failure

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  It happens sometimes, not always.
The pc suspends. When I wake it up, the pc wakes up, remains active for 2-3
seconds, then it suspends automatically. If I wake it up another time, it
repeats the same steps. The only way I found is hard reboot.

  alex

  ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from
resuming properly.
