Hello Po-Hsu, or anyone else affected, Accepted notify-osd-icons into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notify-osd- icons/0.8+14.04.20151016-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
