Public bug reported: I have a Microsoft Arc Mouse Surface Edition, and tried to pair it with my Ubuntu (trusty) desktop.
It shows up in the pairing gui with a little mouse icon, but the UI offers no option to pair to the device. On Ubuntu touch, system settings never shows the device as something that can be paired to. ** Affects: avila Importance: High Assignee: Simon Fels (morphis) Status: Confirmed ** Affects: bluez (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: avila Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: avila Status: New => Confirmed ** Changed in: avila Importance: Undecided => High ** Changed in: avila Assignee: (unassigned) => Simon Fels (morphis) ** Changed in: avila Milestone: None => ww04-2016 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to bluez in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1535660 Title: Certain Bluetooth mice do not pair with Ubuntu Status in The Avila project: Confirmed Status in bluez package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I have a Microsoft Arc Mouse Surface Edition, and tried to pair it with my Ubuntu (trusty) desktop.
