Your filesystem is full; nothing will work well until you've freed some space. I suggest running:
sudo apt-get clean Then use apt-get purge to remove some old linux packages. Be sure to leave at least two kernels installed, preferably the newest and whatever you're currently running, and if those are the same, then another older one.
