Public bug reported: Using: Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA) for both speakers and headphones.
If i plug in headphones the speakers are still playing and dont automute. Also headphones themselves seems to be muted. If i correct that via alsamixer, you can hear sound via both speakers and headphones. This seems to have worked fine with Ubuntu 14.04 with 3.13 kernel. By testing i have found that this started happening in 3.14 kernel (via ubuntu ppa). I also tested kernel 4.4 where the problem still happens.
