Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 - Jaunty Jackalope.
I'm receiving ACPI error and exception messages over and over again,
regularly. They're definitely showing up in the following log files:

This is a section, showing two seperate occassions. This happens somewhat
regularly. I have installed Ubuntu a few different times, trying different
options like acpi=off, noapic, noalpic, etc. Nothing will work. I use the
update manager regularly, I check daily for updates. I have not attempted to
use power savings options or anything of that sort, but I haven't had one
apparent problem caused by this. It also happened with Ubuntu 8.04, and when
using Fedora 10 I receive many more of the exact same messages, always in
groups of three and always repeating (at least somewhat) regularly.
  I use a Hewlett Packard a1050y with Pentium 4 3.40 GHz hyper-threaded
processors.
