Even if I plug my usb mouse (usually I use the touchpad) I reboot with 3.13.0-79-generic and no problem. In the kern.log I found this (cat kern.log | grep -i 'error') : kernel: [ 0.000000] ACPI Error: Gpe0Block - 32-bit FADT register is too long (32 bytes, 256 bits) to convert to GAS struct - 255 bits max, truncating (20131115/tbfadt-202) kernel: [ 15.292896] usb 1-1.6: Direct firmware load failed with error -2 kernel: [ 17.896019] EXT4-fs (sda7): re-mounted. Opts: errors=remount-ro (I don't know if all these errors are helpful) I think this is linked to the kernel, because when I use a older one no problem, but perhaps I do a mistake. If you need more logs or stuff please ask me.
